Can I diagnose a DEP enrolled iOS device?

Note MDM allows several possible settings. If MDM profile is set to allow apps installation, it is possible to diagnose a device. However, if the MDM profile is set not to allow apps installation, diagnostics can’t be performed.

If device is DEP enrolled and MDM profile is set to allow apps installation, diagnostics can proceed after using automatic device activation. See Volume Quick Start Guide for instructions how to automatically activate iOS devices.
