How to setup PiceaServices Mobile Trade-In workflow in PMC?
Sales agent or Piceasoft support will create a mobile product for your company in Product Management Console (PMC):
Login to PMC.
In PMC side menu, select Configurations > Mobile workflows.
In PMC main view, select +Create workflow.
Select Trade-In.
Select Next.
Enter Workflow name, select a Product from the drop-down menu, and set Expiry date (default value is 3 months).
Optionally set MDM policyOn and select device identifiers in Device information.
Optionally set additional workflow languages.
Select Next.
Enter Welcome page information:
- Title and body text
- Terms of service link text and URL
- Button text
- Optionally add a link to image file
Note Add welcome page information for additional languages if you have set them in point 7.
Select Next.
Enter Price page information:
- Title and body text
- Button text
- Optionally add a button URL
- Optionally add a link to image file
Note Add price page information for additional languages if you have set them in point 7.
Select Next.
Enter Completion page information
- Title and body text
- Button text
- Button URL
- Optionally add a link to image file
Note Add completion page information for additional languages if you have set them in point 7.
Select Save.
Note Manage devices price information, Verify checks, and Diagnostics test cases in the Trade-In catalog.
