How to transfer content from a Windows Phone device?

Switch supports Windows Phone (WP) only as source devices.

• Transfer content from WP devices, versions 7.5 and 7.8 via Bluetooth. Follow these instructions to create a Bluetooth connection with a device.

• Transfer content from WP 8.1 devices via USB connection. Connect a WP device to computer with a USB cable and follow on-screen instructions.

• Transfer content from WP 10 devices via USB connection. Connect a WP device to computer with a USB cable and follow on-screen instructions. Create a backup copy of contacts and messages following these instructions.
