PiceaServices is not starting. What can I do?
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the connectivity issue:
- Make sure your computer is connected to internet. For example, open Chrome browser and perform a search.
- Run System Diagnostics. See How to verify connection to Piceasoft and other servers?
- Restart the computer.
- Reinstall PiceaServices.
- Make sure the antivirus and firewall software are not blocking any of the host names, IP addresses, or ports. Modify the settings as described in this document.
