How to send feedback to Piceasoft?

We recommend sending feedback from PiceaServices user interface:

1. On the Help menu, select Send feedback.
2. In the pop-up window enter your email address, select feedback type (general feedback, improvement idea, or issue), enter subject, and feedback description.
3. Select Send.

Alternatively, send email to Piceasoft support. If you are facing a software error, please provide the following information:

1. Error description.
2. Computer operating system.
3. Device models.
4. License information. On the Help menu, select License information. Paste Client ID and Product ID information to the email.
